Legoland 2004

On Saturday 13th November the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts along with their Leaders attended the exclusive day at Legoland, Windsor. We had a very good turn out and the weather was very good - just very cold!

We all met up at 'the beginning' at 9:45 and split into our groups. At 10am the gates were opened and 7000 Beavers, Cubs and Scouts flooded in along with their Leaders(who at this point were racing down the hill towards the rides).

The morning was spent visiting some of the areas of the park including My Town, the Driving School and Duplo.

1st Easthampstead met at 12pm for lunch in Miniland and after about half an hour the children were keen to drag their -now tired and cold Leaders around the remainder of the park.

A fun day was had by all. Thanks to all of the boys for their attendance and to the Leaders for their help.

Special thanks to Akela for organizing the event for the Group.
