St. Georges Day 2004

Sunday 25th April saw the District taking part in this years St. Georges day service and activities at Edgbarrow Sports Center, Crowthorne. Beavers and Cubs along with some parents and Leaders joined in at the service which saw all of the different sections of Scouting recite their promises.

After the service an award ceremony took place awarding different Scouting awards to several people from the district.

One of the awards was awarded to one of the older Cub Scouts for designing the St. Georges day badge which was given to everyone who attended.

After the awards many who attended took part in sports activities.
