Annual work day 2008

This is our opportunity to complete lots of little tasks; cleaning,
gardening, repairing and the more help we have the more we can get done.
You can turn up anytime from 0900 hrs and stay for an hour, 2 hours

in fact anything you think might be useful
Specific jobs to

tidying the wood pile, cleaning, dusting and polishing inside, sanitising
the kitchen and toilets, re-seating the front guard at the main store
(cementing), sorting out the main store, removing one old tree, the
floor will be cleaned, sealed and polished during the half-term holiday
Light refreshments
will be provided throughout the day and a picnic type lunch for those
working through the day
Notification

General Meeting and Annual Review will take place at Headquarters, on
Tuesday, 10th June 2008, at 8.15 p.m
Items for the Agenda
should be submitted to skip@fesg.org.uk by the 20th May 2008. This is

relatively short business side of the AGM there will be refreshments
and an opportunity to talk to Leaders and Supporters from all sections
