From the Group Scout Leader

Thanks Ann

Our Group Executive Secretary Ann Brooke is retiring after serving our Group for many years in the role of Group Executive Secretary.

Ann is moving overseas in the next few weeks and whilst thanking her – most sincerely – for her time and talents we take this opportunity of wishing her and Steve all the very best for their future overseas life.

This does, of course, mean that here at 1st Easthampstead we need to find (as soon as possible) a suitable replacement for Ann. The Group Executive meets approx 5 times a year (so the role is not particularly onerous) and the Group Executive Secretary would be joining a very successful Scout Group and ensuring that the future of all our young members is secured.
