From the Group Scout Leader

1st Easthampstead Scout Group would like to say a big Thank You to Berkshire Community Foundation – grassroots grants for their approving our grant application to upgrade our toilet facilities

Now that our Scout Group has grown to well over a hundred young people our toilet facilities are no longer adequate. When our Headquarters was originally built it only catered for boys but times have changed. We plan to convert and modernize our toilet facilities not only to offer the right facilities but also to convert our existing single ladies toilet to allow for wheelchair access

This grant will ensure that our toilet facilities offer a modern, clean and healthy personal environment for all our members
